The editor is opened automatically when the rb file is created. The editor is also opened (if not open) when you click on the rb file inside the package explorer seen on left.

The first two tabs would be already familiar as they were also seen in the create rb file wizard.

Navigate to the entries tab.

Double clicking on the editor bar will bring the editor into full-screen mode.
