| November, 2003 | I felt a need for this particular tool to provide a more thorough string externalization and internationalization. I built it as an eclipse plugin. |

I wrote to IBM about my tool after having established a functional initial cut. |

I had a meeting at IBM IRL at IIT Delhi |

I made a demonstration at IBM IRL at IIT Delhi |

I made another demonstration at IBM Rational at Bangalore. |
| September 06, 2004 | I was advised that the evaluation team has put together their report and the reports have been forwarded to concerned IBM department in US and the final decision must come from them. |
| November 25, 2004 | I was advised that the matter was taken up however it was decided that the concerned IBM department in US is not investing in this tool because they have other higher priority things. |
| Meanwhile I have been updating and improving my tool in parallel. I have also added support for Java 1.5 new language features. | |
