We saw in the example how the RBPlugin can be used for internationalization in java Projects. The RBPlugin itself uses the RbPlugin tool and its source code does contain a few working rb files that use the tool so it is possible to make plugins that use the rb tool.

The steps involved in making the rbplugin work inside another plugin are exactly the same as that of any other java project.

History: Earlier I used to export the generated properties files when working with plugin projects. This has been eliminated. In plugin projects the generated Rb code knows about the class loader issues that go with plugin projects. So it works seamlessly without any issues.
