Select the rb file.

Right click with the mouse for the popup menu.

Select the 'export' menu item from the popup menu.

Select Rb-to-Prperties file exporter and hit next.

In this example we are browsing to the same path

Hit next.

Hit select all.

Hit finish and the properties files would have been exported to the export path.
